Commercial Classics is a showcase of preserved vehicles that have been brought back to life by their owners or their families and friends, to recreate a little bit of nostalgia from the past. The first issue in this exciting new quarterly bookazine series – Eight-leggers on parade – is a 100-page, perfect-bound, A4-format publication that brings together a unique collection of rigid, eight-wheel vehicles, in all their various guises and colourful glory.
This once-common vehicle configuration in an increasing rarity on the modern roads of Britain, but what a colourful sight they make when they are taken out on road runs, or displayed at vintage rallies up and down the country. Now, for the first time, here’s a publication dedicated to these wonderful old commercial vehicles. Never before have so many been presented together in such an unrestricted fashion.
