Cheffins’ Bill Wood sale

Here’s a brief report on some of the most interesting tractors and items of equipment that sold at Cheffins’ Bill Wood sale.
On Wednesday, May 26th, HJ Pugh & Co held a small sale in connection with well-known ploughman and respected farmer, Bill Wood. Many bidders were present and it was rather wet underfoot when the sale started late during the afternoon in Monmouthshire.
All the machinery being sold had evidently been well kept and dry-stored, and the highlight had to be the very smart Ford Force 4000 – this was Bill’s favourite ploughing tractor. It was in stunning condition, featured power steering and sold for £10,200.
